We are making a major contribution to the regeneration of East Greenwich with a number of schemes which include 7 flats above a new Tesco Express, 9 flats above a restaurant and 4 flats above retail. Similarly we have an increasing number if projects regenerating Plumstead and have recently gained consent for 10 flats above a supermarket.  The varied workload has included a number of live/work schemes, industrial warehousing, work on Nursing Homes, and a new school library.

Russell Associates work extensively in the London Borough of Greenwich but have an ever increasing workload in all the South East London boroughs, East London, and Kent. Working in Greenwich and Regent’s Park has given us substantial experience in working on Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas. In contrast we are increasingly working on projects which require a more modern approach, which we are embracing with enthusiasm. We continue to grow steadily.
