Commercial projects include the conversion of the Old Post Office Sorting Office in Greenwich to form offices for developers, Cathedral Group Plc, mixed use schemes include 7 flats above a dental surgery in Westcombe Park, 11 flats above a Doctors Surgery in Lee, 12 flats over offices on Blackheath Road, and three flats over commercial space at Highbridge Wharf.

We are making a major contribution to the regeneration of East Greenwich with a number of schemes which include 7 flats above a new Tesco Express, 9 flats above a restaurant and 4 flats above retail. Similarly we have an increasing number if projects regenerating Plumstead. The varied workload has included a number of live/work schemes, industrial warehousing, work on Nursing Homes, and a new school library.

Russell Associates work extensively in the London Borough of Greenwich but have an ever increasing workload in all the South East London boroughs, East London, and Kent. Working in Greenwich and Regent’s Park has given us substantial experience in working on Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas. In contrast we are increasingly working on projects which require a more modern approach, which we are embracing with enthusiasm.
