Our
clients came to us with an existing planning consent for 7 flats
above a restaurant on this site in east Greenwich, but the scheme
was of doubtful viability. Russell Associates obtained consent for
an extra two flats at ‘penthouse’ level, and reconfigured both the
elevations and the internal layouts improve the character and
appearance of the building, and in so doing to add value. The
scheme went from 3 No 1 bed and 4 No 2 bed flats (7 total), to 5 No
1 bed, 2 No 2 bed and 2 No 3 bed flats, (9 total) with a
restaurant/bar on the ground floor. The project is currently
progressing well on site, and when completed will add significantly
to the regeneration of the area. |
