Currently on site, Phase 1 has been completed with a Tesco Express trading from the ground floor.  Phase 2 above had 5 existing flats which have been completely re-configured and refurbished, with a mansard floor being added to provide two further flats.  Russell Associates steered this scheme on a tight urban site through the planning process.  The poor condition of the building has caused its own problems but phase 2 is progressing well towards completion and will provide 7 good quality flats that will add to the regeneration of this part of east Greenwich.  The contract value for the two phases is circa £900,000.
