Admirals Gate

This former industrial site in the Ashburnham Conservation Area in Greenwich was acquired by Buxton Homes, when it already had an unsatisfactory Planning Consent. Russell Associates were asked to redesign the houses and negotiate consent with the Planning Department. There are 11 houses in total, 4 of these are two storey 5 bedroom houses, 1 has 2 storeys with 4 bedrooms and 6 are 3 bedroom 3 storey houses with mansard roofs. These are arranged around two sides of a triangle. Russell Associates then brokered a deal with another client CBP New homes and obtained consent for three further two storey four bedroom houses on the third side.
