St Pauls Church

This former Parochial Hall was converted into a substantial four bedroom house. Behind a narrow frontage, the entrance foyer widened into a very large, completely enclosed hall which had no external views. The roof of the centre section of the hall was removed to create an internal courtyard with living rooms at one end, bedrooms at the other, and link corridors on 2 levels along one side of the courtyard. All windows then open onto the courtyard. The living wing has the kitchen, breakfast room and a day room on the ground floor with a larger study and even larger living room on the first floor. A balcony is positioned to catch the last rays of the setting sun. Russell Associates fully project managed this project.
