contractors involved in formal Design & Build projects including
presentation drawings, working drawings, and monitoring on site
construction work. We also arrange Design & Build projects acting on
behalf of clients. More usually we provide back up for developer clients where we obtain Building Regulations approvals, and then additional back up at the contract stage and site support, assisting with ordering, construction problems, or special details We work on projects when we were the original architects that gained the planning consent, but also became involved when clients acquire sites that we had not previously been involved with. |
